CRM Coordinator | High Ercall
Salary: £25,282.40 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (42.5 hours per week, 30-minute unpaid lunch break)

A well-established organisation is seeking a CRM Coordinator to join its Logistics Team at the High Ercall site. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of logistics and customer relationship management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Uploading POC/POD documents for customers and the sales team.

* Managing updates and data within the CRM system.

* Regularly monitoring logistics and POD inboxes throughout the day.

* Preparing and generating Trainline reports.

* Performing general office duties to support the logistics team.

* Handling Motor Insurance Database (MID) tasks.

* Carrying out additional duties as required to support business operations.

Candidate Requirements:

* Previous experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role is desirable but not essential.

* Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* A proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to challenges.

* Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant software.

* Must be able to commute to High Ercall five days a week.
