What's involved?

Oversee the daily operations of the hotel reception desk, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
Train, mentor, and supervise reception staff to deliver high-quality customer service and exceed guest expectations
Manage room reservations, room assignments, and special requests to optimize occupancy and revenue
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction
Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction
Experience managing a team of atleast 12 members is essential as we as hotel reception management experience.
Knowledge of Opera is essential.
