We're on the lookout for a warm-hearted and experienced Registered Manager to join our wonderful team at a children's home near Derby! This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an established home that's not just fully staffed, but also boasts a great OFSTED rating. Plus, you'll have plenty of support along the way!

We'd love to see you if you have:- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Residential Children's Care - Experience working in children's residential care - Previous managerial experience in a children's home (this is a plus!) - You're over 21 years of age - A driver's license and your own vehicle

The ideal candidate will be a great communicator with strong leadership skills and the ability to adapt to various situations. This role could be perfect for a Deputy Manager looking to take the next step or for someone ready for an exciting new challenge as a Registered Manager!
