Step into the vibrant world of Arcade Food Hall, where great street food and fun come together under one roof in a unique dining concept. We're not just any food- hall; we're an experience. With a diverse range of food and drinks, we're looking for a lively and engaging Head Host to bring our atmosphere to life.
As our Head Host, you'll be the heartbeat of our Food Hall. Your charismatic personality will help create a warm and inviting environment for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and excited to explore everything we have to offer.
The Restaurant:
Located just off Tottenham Court Road, in London's Centre Point, Arcade Food Hall showcases our core philosophy of creating multiple unique brands, and championing emerging food and drink talent, all under one roof.
Nine brands fill the space: Plaza Khao Gaeng, Arcade's flagship southern Thai restaurant; Hero Indian Fast Food, serving up North Indian Street food; Middle Eastern shawarma kitchen Shatta & Toum; American diner-style food at Manna; Indonesian street food from Bebek! Bebek!; and Japanese sushi from Sushi Kamon. Drinks from our destination bar, are created using fresh market ingredients to mirror the flavours of the kitchens and a fully-packed calendar of events completes the line-up.
About the Head Host Role:
Guest Experience Extraordinaire: Be the first and lasting impression for every guest who walks through our doors. You'll set the standard for warm welcomes, smooth seating arrangements, and personalized guest care.
Leadership & Team Building: Lead and inspire a team of hosts, ensuring they deliver impeccable service while fostering a supportive and motivated environment. You'll be responsible for training, mentoring, and developing your team to shine.
Operational Excellence: Work closely with the management team to streamline reservation systems, manage the flow of service, and handle guest inquiries with efficiency and flair.
Brand Ambassador: Represent the values and vision of Arcade, ensuring every aspect of the host team's performance aligns with our mission to redefine modern hospitality.
Problem Solver: Handle on-the-spot challenges with grace and professionalism, keeping both the team and guests happy.
