We Care

That's why we need people like you. People who appreciate their role in helping others to be successful.

The Role…

Work orders rely on being planned successfully and this is your opportunity to be there at the beginning, to map out what needs to be achieved.

You'll communicate with various colleagues and customers, to ensure requirements and expectations are clearly defined.

These requirements will then need to be translated into accurate and concise work instructions for our operational teams.

Here are some of the activities you will be involved in...

  • Planning activities for operational teams using various systems.
  • Monitoring work output from beginning to completion, ensuring progress is recorded and communicated regularly.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for operations colleagues, to help provide resolutions to any issues.
  • Processing, raising and closing traffic management, footway, road closures, notice and permit requests.
  • Facilitate permitting for public excavation works.
  • Monitor streetworks compliance and address issues promptly.
  • Ensure all streetworks comply with relevant legislation including New Roads and Streetworks Act (NRSWA)
  • Prepare and submit permit applications in a timely manor.
  • Maintain accurate record of Streetworks activities through works management systems.
  • Act as primary contact for all planning and streetworks activities.
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors, operational teams, client, local authorities and colleagues within the business.

We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate…

Relevant experience working in a fast-paced environment, where you have assessed and made quick decisions.

Highly developed organisational and communication skills and an enjoyment of dealing with lots of different people.

Computer literacy and being customer oriented are a pre-requisite.
