Customer Service Administrator

Up to 26,000 depending on experience

Elevation Recruitment are currently searching for a Customer Service Administrator to join our client in the manufacturing industry based near Grimsby.

The Customer Service Administrator will be highly organised, motivated and work as part of a team to meet business needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment to join an established team within a global company.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:

  • Receiving sales orders via email and phone from customers worldwide
  • Raising orders in SAP
  • Liaising with customers and transport team
  • Organising transport when required
  • General administration duties
  • Maintaining relationships within other departments

Requirements of the Customer Service Administrator:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not essential
  • Experience with SAP preferred
  • Confident with Microsoft packages
