Role Requirements

Experience:

• Handling high-value and complex professional indemnity claims
• Advising on case strategy, policy response and claim resolution
• Preparing comprehensive reports and managing insurer/insured relationships
• Conducting ADR, mediation, adjudications and preparing for court proceedings

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Ability to manage critical deadlines and compliance with service level agreements
