Description

The duties include:

* Chase outstanding debt via telephone and email* Help to resolve accounts queries* Responsible for credit checking customers* Setting credit limit and payment terms* Raising credit notes* Maintain and update customer files* Analyse and post incoming customer payments onto Customer accounts* Request remittances from customers and reconcile account differences.

Profile

The successful candidate MUST:

• Have experience working in a similar credit control role - Essential
• Be good at building long term and productive relationships - Essential
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills - Essential
• Be able to work in a fast paced environment - Essential
