Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursing Lecturer to join our dynamic team at a well-established institution in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and supporting students in their studies within the field of Nursing.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering engaging and interactive lessons in Nursing to students at various levels.
Designing and developing curriculum materials and assessments in line with the Nursing program.
Providing academic support and mentorship to students, ensuring they meet course objectives and professional standards.
Assessing and evaluating student performance, providing constructive feedback.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory standards in Nursing.
Contributing to departmental meetings and participating in professional development opportunities.Person Specification:

A registered nurse with a valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration.
A relevant teaching qualification (such as a PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent) or a commitment to obtaining one.
Experience in teaching or tutoring within a Nursing or healthcare-related environment is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with students at all levels.
In-depth knowledge of current Nursing practices and the healthcare sector.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational skills.Desirable:

Experience working in Higher Education or delivering modules at the undergraduate/postgraduate level.
