Location: Hybrid working (2 days per week in Milton Keynes) & 3 days from home

Our client are a leading global agency who specialise in employee engagement, sales incentives, customer loyalty programs and event management for global clients. They have enjoyed exponential growth over recent years and continue to grow organically. They are recruiting for a sales and Marketing Coordinator to provide support to both the sales and marketing teams and play an important role supporting revenue growth. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager and working collaboratively with the Head of Sales & Marketing and the Content Marketing Manager, you will support to execute and enable the companies Marketing and Sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

Support with the execution and deliverables of elements within the companies Marketing Strategy:
Content support
Campaign (inc CRM management Salesforce & Pardot) coordination
Social media support & scheduling
Sales Events support and coordination
Liaising with external agencies & suppliers
Branding
Market research
Support with the execution and deliverables of elements within the companies Sales Strategy:
Working with internal SME's & the Sales teams to prepare visually appealing RFI/RFP & Final Pitch presentations
Manage our library of existing sales content and resources; including tender response material, standard presentation templates, sales enablement material, outreach content
Support with the creation of new sales content, templates and resources
Liaise with internal SME's, Analytics Team and Sales team to identify & uncover client data to formulate unique insights that translate into sales outreach content
Salesforce lead allocation, reporting and data management

Skills Required:

2+ years' experience in marketing or relevant sales/sales support roles
Experience using online marketing tools such as social media, content management systems, key and email programmes
Must have excellent software literacy skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications particularly Word & PowerPoint
Design or creative experience with knowledge of programmes such as INDESIGN, Canva, Adobe Photoshop or similar
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and internationally
Capability to deal with people at all levels within an organisation
Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to analyse and present research material
Collaborative and team oriented
Excellent time management and organisational skills
