The successful Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

• Upto 25,000 basic salary
• £55,000 – £65,000 OTE

Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator requirements:

• Over 3-year experience working in Estate agency
• Full UK Driving License

Key tasks for the Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:

• Successfully negotiate offers and lets
• Update client on their marketing
• Handling day-to-day enquiries
• Booking and attending viewings
• Booking and attending valuations
• Drive the business forward
