Created 60 years ago this iconic brand has been re-born and is breaking into new markets across the US and Europe. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer and working in synergy with heads of sales, marketing and production, you will be tasked with designing, implementing and executing a robust and ambitious growth strategy.

You will be required to report on business development performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement, conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making and negotiate and close high-value deals and partnerships.

This role will suit someone that has a proven track record of taking new automotive brands and products into the US and European hospitality and commercial markets. Someone with experience of negotiating complex contracts and forging strategic partnerships.

THE ROLE:

Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential markets, partnerships, and distribution channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners in the EU and USA to establish and grow the vehicle rental business.
THE PERSON:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a track record of driving growth and achieving targets.
Experience in at least one of the following industries: automotive, rental, hospitality, tech, or a dynamic start-up.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (including contracts)
