Design Manager (Hybrid)

A great opportunity for an experienced Design Manager to join a large contractor in the Peterborough area working on rail infrastructure. The successful Design Manager will join a successful team that is growing to manage an increasing programme of work. The successful Design Manager will be a self-starter with will get to work on large multi-disciplinary engineering projects.

The opportunity would suit an experienced engineer or Design Manager with experience in rail and civil engineering. The successful Design Manager likely have the following qualifications and experience.

Person Profile

* Degree qualified engineer or equivalent qualifications or experience.

* Experience working on rail infrastructure.

* Ability to lead and provide professional and sustainable designed service for the client and all stages of the project.

* Work well independently as well as in a team environment.

* Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

* Have a strong understanding of CDM.

* Always put safety first
