Project Engineer

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus (to £5k) + Pension

Days Based Role - Monday to Friday

Key Skills

* Ideally Degree Educated in an Engineering Discipline

* Knowledge of Automation & Automatic Machinery

* Experience in Project Engineering including AutoCAD

Skills & Experience

* Degree in Mechanical, Management, Mechatronics or Civil Engineering

* Knowledge of automation and automatic machines, industrial plant engineering and industrial logistics

* Knowledge of reading and integrating drawings from external suppliers

* Knowledge of Autocad

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to evaluate and process information accurately

* Problem solving skills

* Collaborative working style and ability to work well in a team

* Highly customer orientated and able to understand the needs of the client

* Results oriented with strong analytical skills

The Role

The successful applicant will have experience in identifying the best technical solutions, for the sales, considering customer requirements, flow analysis and costs. Managing projects to deliver finished systems to customers. You will need a working knowledge from an engineering and project management point of view of planning, budgets, and design frame, including evaluation of documents and tenders, relating to specifications needed, for site installations, to deliver the finished systems; your background will be in and around problem solving, excellent communication skills, knowledge of AutoCAD, to in turn be crucial in the continuity of contact between customer and the manufacturing and design process in line with financial constraints and regular project management; therefore, you will have regular interaction between all levels from all sites through to director.
