Accounts Payable Senior

We are delighted to be working closely with a brilliant company based in Uxbridge, they are looking for a new Accounts Payable Senior who is highly experienced in daily tasks and duties within accounts and also experience supporting/managing a small team. 

The team consists of 3 people and as the senior within the team you will be in charge of supporting with complex issues and tasks. 

Do you enjoy supporting and encouraging team members? Are you somebody who naturally looks after and coaches more junior members of your team? This could be the ideal role for you. 

This role is based full time in the office, so please only apply if you are happy to travel to uxbridge monday to friday.

Accounts Payable Senior Duties:

• Supporting with senior tasks 
• Managing a small team 
• Scanning and sorting invoices
• Processing a high volume of invoices
• Coding and matching invoices to purchase orders
• Resolving invoice differences
• Requesting return and credit notes
• Reconciling suppliers’ statements
• Preparing payment runs
