This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and impactful organisation where you’ll lead the way in financial strategy, reporting, and risk management. It is a full time role, 35 hours per week and offers a hybrid working pattern.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and delivery of a comprehensive financial strategy, backed by budgets, forecasts, and analysis to drive value across the Group
• Prepare and present key financial and operational reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to the Board, ensuring timely and accurate insights
• Oversee the management of budgetary planning, forecasting, and operational reporting, contributing to the smooth operation of the business
• Manage relationships with bankers and auditors, ensuring efficient annual year-end audit processes
• Provide financial reporting to managed organisations, ensuring trial balances are delivered on time
• Develop and implement a risk management framework to address financial, operational, and reputational risks, ensuring robust systems and controls
• Ensure full compliance with tax, financial, and regulatory requirements for a charitable organisation, care provider, and Registered Provider with the National Regulator of Social Housing
• Lead, coach, and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
