Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional client service to a diverse range of clients
- Advise on rent reviews, lease renewals, lease regears, dispute resolution, lease advice for sale and leaseback transactions, rental valuations, and third-party referrals, including Independent Expert and Arbitrator submissions
- Pro-actively engage in business development, creating and nurturing relationships with private and corporate clients and professional contacts
- Attend networking events and stay informed on commercial landlord and tenant issues
- Manage tenders and fee proposals for new business
- Demonstrate strong market knowledge and case law understanding
- Act autonomously within the Lease Advisory and related service line teams
- Build and develop the regional Commercial Lease Advisory team
- Allocate and monitor staff workload, mentor graduates, and ensure team targets are met
- Effectively manage financial tools to forecast income and work progress
- Ensure compliance with professional, firm-wide, and service line procedures
What we need from you:
- MRICS / FRICS qualified with 3-5 years' post-qualification experience in Commercial Lease Advisory services
- Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate team members
- Full driving licence
- Strong organisational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, negotiate at all levels, and deliver exceptional customer service
- A positive, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence
