About the Role:

The home are seeking a compassionate and experienced Deputy Manager to join their team, dedicated to providing high-quality care to their residents. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the care home, ensuring that their residents receive the best possible care in a safe and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in elderly care, strong leadership skills, and a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and supervise care staff, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.

* Oversee personal care services, ensuring residents' needs are met with dignity and respect.

* Maintain accurate records and manage care plans using computer systems.

* Provide hands-on care when necessary, ensuring residents' health and well-being.

* Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment for staff.

Ideal Candidate:

* Gender Requirement: Female only (Due to personal care needs)

* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in elderly care.

* Management Experience: Proven experience in managing care staff.

* Qualifications: NVQ Level 3-5 in Health and Social Care.

* Location: Must be local to Ealing.

* Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer systems for record-keeping and care planning.

* Resident Care: Experience working in small care settings is beneficial, as you will be caring for 7 residents.

* Preferred Background: This role could be ideal for a nurse looking to transition into a management role or considering retirement.
