Key Responsibilities

• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with FCA and AML regulations, focusing on the Payments Services and Electronic Money Directives.
• Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Evaluate and address compliance risks, particularly around AML and counter-terrorism.
• Policies & Training: Support policy development and compliance training, keeping stakeholders informed on updates.
• Reporting & Documentation: Manage regulatory reports and maintain accurate records for audits and assessments.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience: 4+ years in regulatory compliance within the financial services sector, ideally in payments, e-money, or banking.
• Skills: Strong analytical abilities, with experience translating regulatory needs into practical solutions.
• Adaptability: Ability to swiftly adjust to regulatory changes and collaborate across teams.
