Salary: 30k Full time 

I am working with a small, dynamic company with a dedicated team of 11 in total. They are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join them to support their financial and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:Bookkeeping Duties:
•    Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
•    Process accounts payable and receivable, chasing payments and invoices
•    Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow
•    Prepare and submit VAT returns
•    HMRC queries 
•    Assist with monthly payslips for 11 staff
•    Creating reports and spreadsheets on Excel 
•    Generate financial reports and statementsOther / General: 
•    Manage office supplies and inventory.
•    Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence. 
•    Maintain and organize company files and records.
•    Provide general administrative support to the team. 

Qualifications:
•    Proven experience in a Bookkeeping position
•    Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite.
•    Strong organizational and time management skills.
•    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
•    Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
