We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant at our client site in  Pontefract WF6 1GY This is a temporary role with a potential permanent position for the right candidate after 3 months   The job role includes: 

• Performance data tracking and sharing periodically through the day with strategic partners 

• Update training matrix and report on any upcoming expiry dates  

• Update site communication boards 

• Minute taking in site meetings  

• Organise induction paperwork for upcoming inductions 

• Must be computer literate 

• Experience in Microsoft packages would be an advantage  

Pay Rate is £11.68ph Shifts are rotating shifts, Monday – Friday. 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00
