This role is ideal for a dedicated and passionate teacher looking to make an impact in a Year 2 classroom. The school fosters a nurturing and inclusive environment, encouraging creativity and active learning among its pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons to Year 2 students, in line with the national curriculum.
• Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective teaching strategies and share best practices.
• Engage with parents and carers to communicate student development and achievements.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience in teaching at the primary level, ideally within Key Stage 1.
• Strong knowledge of the Year 2 curriculum and strategies for child-centred learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to fostering a love for learning in students.
• Right to work in the UK is essential
