As demand in Germany increases, they are looking for a German-Speaking Customer Service Specialist to support customers with their prescriptions. The role focuses on managing inquiries about shipments and deliveries, primarily through email and live chat, and collaborating with doctors to adjust prescriptions. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via email and live chat, mainly focused on deliveries and product details
- Assist German-speaking customers with their prescription-strength CBD products
- Liaise with doctors to obtain advice and adjust prescriptions as needed
- Manage issues related to delayed or missing shipments
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, prescriptions, and deliveries in the CRM
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in customer service, even better in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or wellness sectors
- Interest in CBD products preferred
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to manage high volumes of email inquiries
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, especially with medical prescriptions and orders
- Confident in working with healthcare professionals and handling sensitive health-related issues
- Able to work remotely and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Solution-oriented and proactive approach to customer service
