We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a vibrant school in Erith, Bexley starting in January 2025.

Position Details:

Role: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Erith, Bexley
Start Date: January 2025
Pay Rate: £80-£90 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Contract: Full-time

Your Responsibilities:

Providing 1:1 or group support to students with additional learning needs.
Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
Helping to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Supporting pupils with social, emotional, and academic development.
Promoting independence and self-confidence in the children you work with.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting.
A patient, empathetic, and positive approach to supporting children's needs.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils.
Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
