Our fantastic Training Provider client is looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Manager to manage and support the on-going development and continuous improvement of the company's Quality Framework.

This role will be a hybrid role, with a mixture of home and office work.

What you'll be doing:

Work with the Head of Quality in the development of quality assurance.
Establish and maintain a culture of excellence, setting clear quality benchmarks.
Oversee regular audits, inspections, and evaluations to ensure ongoing compliance.
Lead in quality assurance for sub-contractors, ensuring alignment with our standards.
Provide guidance and support to subcontractors to enhance program quality.
Actively engage and support in Self-Assessment Activities across all contracts.
Monitoring and supporting the enhancement of performance and standards.
Development and delivery of training to staff across contracts as required.
Setting, measuring and review of individual/team KPIs and performance targetsWhat you'll need:

Assessor qualification or equivalent.
IQA qualification or equivalent.
Proven experience in an educational quality role.
Experience in delivering training and support.
Experience in data analysis and producing reports.
Excellent Management / Supervisory experience.
Experience in developing, implementing, and managing quality assurance processes. Salary & Benefits:

Salary will be between £35,500 - £40,000 depending on experience
