Company Overview - Office Administrator/ Internal Sales

Our Client are currently looking for a Office Administrator/ Internal Sales to join their highly valued team on a full-time basis.

As an Office Administrator/Internal Sales, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office while contributing to the sales process. You will be the first point of contact for clients and customers, managing internal sales inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining administrative functions within the office. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask will ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Office Administrator/ Internal Sales Role and Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

* Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing product information and assisting with customer orders.

* Process sales orders, prepare quotations, and follow up with clients to ensure successful order completion.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systems.

* Coordinate deliveries and liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure timely product delivery.

* Assist with stock management and ensure inventory levels are accurate.

* Manage office supplies, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and organise office events or meetings as needed.

* Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.

* Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, escalating when necessary.

Office Administrator/ Internal Sales Skills and Experience:

* A Full UK Driving Licence or equivalent (Essential)

* Previous experience in an office administration or internal sales role is highly desirable.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

* Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude.

* Basic understanding of sales processes and a keen interest in sales is advantageous.
