We are currently seeking a Domestic Appliance/White Goods Engineer to join our expanding team. With a strong reputation for delivering outstanding customer service, we are the approved service provider for both Beko Group Appliances PLC and Howdens Lamona.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver professional and friendly customer service at all times.
* Strive for first-time fixes on all customer repairs.
* Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs.
* Manage van stock and prioritize your workload effectively.
* Participate in training to enhance your technical skills.
* Maintain clear communication with customers and colleagues.
* Hold a full UK driving licence and basic IT competency.
Preferred Qualifications:
* F-GAS or Safe Gas certification (eligible for an additional £1,000 per year per qualification).

Job Details:
* Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in white goods repairs.
