Job Description: We are on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic Computing Teacher to work full-time starting in November 2024 in Stroud. The role involves full teaching responsibilities, including planning, preparation, and marking.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Computing lessons.
- Create lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities.
- Assess, record, and report on student progress and attainment.
- Provide targeted support and interventions to help students succeed.
- Collaborate with colleagues and engage in departmental and school-wide activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience in teaching Computing.
- In-depth knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
