ADHD Specialist Practitioner - Location: Remote

We are seeking an ADHD Specialist Practitioner to join a multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, patient-focused care for adults diagnosed with or suspected of having ADHD. This remote role requires a dedicated professional capable of conducting comprehensive assessments, managing pharmacological treatments, and providing ongoing support and reviews within a virtual care setting.
Day-to-day of the role: - Assessment: Conduct remote consultations using clinical assessments and diagnostic tools to determine ADHD diagnoses.
- Management: Initiate and titrate ADHD medication in accordance with national guidelines.
- Review: Conduct holistic reviews of patients to assess treatment efficacy and safety, and determine the need for additional support or referrals.
- Support: Provide specialist advice and guidance to patients throughout their ADHD journey.
- Collaboration: Work with primary care services and partner organisations to ensure seamless patient care and support shared care arrangements.
- Quality Improvement: Contribute to the development of service initiatives and engage with clinical governance.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience in ADHD assessment and management.
- Ability to work autonomously and make informed clinical decisions.
- Strong background in using digital tools for remote consultations.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Registered healthcare professional with relevant qualifications and adherence to professional guidelines.
