Part-Time Finance Manager Location: KidderminsterHours: 16 hours per weekJob Type: Temporary, with potential for a permanent positionOur client, a well-established company based in Kidderminster, is seeking a Part-Time Finance Manager to manage their finance function. This role is initially temporary but offers the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Banking: Process and reconcile daily transactions efficiently.
• Sales Ledger: Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring timely invoicing and credit control.
• Purchase Ledger: Process supplier invoices, match purchase orders, and ensure timely payments.
• Prepayments Journal: Accurately record and monitor prepayments.
• Credit Card Statements: Review, reconcile, and process company credit card transactions.
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Management Accounts: Assist in the preparation of financial reports and month-end accounts.
• VAT Returns: Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with HMRC regulations.
