Role: Operations Manager

Location: West London
Salary: Up to £80,000 plus package

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee operational activities for a large social housing contract, managing responsive repairs, voids and planned works across West London, Berkshire and surrounding areas. This office-based role will involve leading a large team and ensuring effective coordination of operations.

You will collaborate with management to ensure smooth processes and alignment across departments, driving efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the delivery of property services for a social housing portfolio.
Work with management to align operational and administrative processes.
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
Analyze performance data to support decision-making.
Promote a positive workplace culture focused on team development.
Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Oversee administrative processes to align with operational goals.
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance engagement.
Monitor performance against targets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
You Must Have:

Relevant managerial experience in a related sector, preferably the housing sector at Operations Manager level.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with effective communication abilities.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
