Position - Support Worker - Children and Young People

Salary - up to GBP32,438 - GBP34,776 (inclusive of additional supplement for completing 2 sleep in shifts per week) - base salary excluding sleeps is: GBP24099 - GBP26,437
Hours - 40 per week; 4 week rolling rota with a week of 9.30 - 6.00 p.m. followed by a week of 1.30 p.m. - 10.00 p.m. Weekends would generally be 1 in 4 depending on staffing levels and requires working Saturday and Sunday 1.30 - 10.00 p.m.

About the role - As a Support Worker, you will work with care leavers and help them live as independently as possible. Duties include financial and emotional support, accessing the community, signposting, help with accessing benefits and running a home.
Qualifications and Experience required - No formal qualifications are required, just the willingness to work towards your QCF Level 3. You need a background working with the same client group and be a driver.
