Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our supported living service, which provides high-quality, person-centred care for 14 tenants with sensory, learning, and mental health needs.

You will:

* Ensure the service operates in full compliance with CQC regulations, local authority requirements, and best practices.

* Lead, manage, and devleop a team of Support Workers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

* Promote person-centred care, ensuring tenant's needs, preferences and asipirations are met.

* Oversee service budgets

* Implement and monitor care plans

As the successful applicant you will have:

* Experience managing supported living or care services

* Been registered with CQC or willingness to become registered

* NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care, or working towards it

* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends as required
