Permanent Role£25,000 - £27,000 DOEFlexi Holiday, Free Parking37.5 hours/week, early finish on Fridays I am currently working with a well-established engineering company in Redditch, who are looking to recruit a Sales Office Administrator to support their Sales team. The role of the Sales Office Administrator will involve, but is not limited to:
- General office administration
- Answer calls politely and efficiently when required.
- Generate quotes by accurately populating the system.
- Follow up/chase and discuss quotes.
- Maintain databases including records within the internal systems.
- Updating system with any required information (i.e. pricing, delivery details)
- Generally providing administrative support as and where required.
The ideal candidate for the Sales Office Administrator will have:
- Gained experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, including the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.
- Competent in all aspects of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Access.
- Strong admin and organisational skills.
- Excellent data input skills.
- Attention to detail skills.
We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive team player for the role of the Sales Office Administrator, and in return they can expect to receive a competitive salary, depending on their experience in a similar role; to work in a friendly working environment, receive 33 days flexible holiday and free parking on site. The hours of work are 07:45 – 4.30 Monday to Thursday, and 07:45 – 12:15 on Fridays.
