Teamforce Labour are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor (Freelance) on behalf of our client who are a leading Groundworks Contractor in London 

The Role
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client on a freelance basis. You'll play a pivotal role in managing costs, ensuring project profitability, and delivering high-quality results on groundworks projects.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately prepare, manage, and monitor project budgets.
Conduct valuations, cost reporting, and forecasting.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
Assess and manage variations, claims, and final accounts.
Provide expert advice on cost control and contractual matters.Requirements
Extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a strong focus on groundworks.
Proven track record of working on large-scale construction projects.
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Excellent knowledge of contracts such as JCT or NEC.
Based in or willing to work in London.What We Offer
