The Trust and Foundations Officer will be responsible for Trust and Grant Fundraising income targets, as well as developing and maintaining potential and actual funding relationships with trusts & Foundations.

Our client is a well-known charity who provide a range of social housing, health & well-being, family and children's services, youth and community activities within Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire for the benfit of local people and communities.

Description

As the Trust and Foundations Officer you will have the following responsibilities:

Be responsible for Trust and Grant Fundraising Income targets.
Develop and maintain potential and actual funding relationships with trusts & foundations.
Research, identify, produce and submit high quality bids. Co-ordinate grant monitoring including making claims and providing feedback reports.
Develop financial and descriptive collateral for use in bids.
Manage a portfolio of existing, and potential trust & foundation funders, across a multi-faceted income generating stream, to provide exceptional supporter care and delivery of successful partnerships.Profile

The successful Trust and Foundations Officer will have/be:

Demonstrable experience within a similar role - especially writing applications to trusts and foundations
Understanding of fundraising regulations and charity sector operating policies
Excellent communication skills
Confident and engaging public speaker
A team player
Driving license.Job Offer

£35,442 per annum

Based Hatfield 1 day a week, the rest of the working week can be spent between working from home and attending events.
