Here at Blueprint Recruitment we have an unmissable opportunity for a Revit MEP Coordinator to join a top client in a contract role. Our client is looking for someone with strong experience and knowledge in this field. The successful candidate will work on a hybrid basis, with up to three days a week in the clients London office.

Our client is a leading player in the BIM and building services sector, specialising in the delivery of innovative solutions for MEP systems in construction.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in Revit for accuracy and efficiency.

-Create and maintain detailed 3D MEP models in Revit, ensuring they meet design specs.

-Work with architects, engineers, and other teams to ensure smooth integration of MEP designs.

-Use Revit and Navisworks to identify and resolve system conflicts.

-Ensure high-quality, accurate models that meet industry standards.

-Maintain documentation on project progress, model changes, and coordination issues.

-Communicate with clients and contractors to keep projects aligned with goals

Key Requirements:

-Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering preferred, but not required.

-Extensive experience in a similar MEP role with Revit expertise.

-Advanced knowledge of Revit MEP and BIM processes.

-Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools.

-Experience managing MEP systems in large-scale projects.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
