Our successful, expanding Client based in North West Bristol has a need for a Plant Operations Supervisor.

Duties Include:

• Identifying operational issues, potential problems and opportunities
• Customer service, managing queries
• Managing holiday schedule for plant and operational staff
• Managing the fuel requirements for the plant and for satellite sites
• Looking after the daily requirements of the plant, then updating the plant schedule
• Recording the hours worked by the plant staff and forwarding them onto payroll
• Organising road brush and recording costs
• Update training plan
• Database and ensure all are up to date
• PPE checks
• Provide support to the ops and transport department
