My client is a industry leading contractor with multiple live contracts across the South East.

We are currently recruiting a Supervisor/Foreman to join the company and assist in managing a long term project based in Reading.

The ideal candidate would have vast experience in groundworks and health and safety management.

RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!

Foreman Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.

• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety

• Keeping site diaries

• Ammending and working to RAMS

• Quality Assurance.

• Managing the labour and putting men to work.

• Providing progress reports

• Managing/ordering materials and overseeing site operations.

Foreman Requirements:

• CSCS

• SMSTS/SSSTS

• First aid

• Experienced in large groundworks projects for specialist contractors.

• Strong health and safety management skills

• British Passport

• 7+ years management experience
