Salary: £310 - £340/day

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the electrical installation and systems for a large residential project, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
* Coordinate and supervise electrical subcontractors and tradespeople on-site, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of electrical works.
* Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
* Review and approve electrical designs, drawings, and technical submittals to ensure they meet project specifications and client requirements.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking electrical milestones and ensuring timely delivery of electrical systems.
* Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, other departments, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
* Monitor and control the electrical budget, ensuring costs are managed effectively and staying within project limits.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges related to electrical systems during the construction phase.
* Perform regular site inspections to assess the quality of electrical work, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Provide technical support to the site team and resolve any electrical issues that arise during the project.
* Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, quality control checks, and risk assessments.
* Ensure that all electrical works are completed safely, within budget, and on schedule.
Requirements:
* Proven experience (5+ years) as an Electrical Manager or in a similar role within residential construction projects.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, lighting, and power distribution for residential buildings.
* Excellent understanding of building codes, regulations, and electrical safety standards.
* Demonstrated ability to manage and lead electrical teams and subcontractors effectively.
* Experience with project management, scheduling, and budgeting.
* Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
* Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations).
* Knowledge of electrical installation software and tools is an advantage.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with residential projects in London or similar areas is a plus
