Job Overview:We are looking for a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join the team, providing essential support to patients across various community settings. This role involves assisting with day-to-day patient care, supporting nursing staff, and helping to ensure a high standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily tasks, including mobility, hygiene, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Work closely with nursing staff to support patient care and well-being.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar care role.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
