Location: Bournemouth

Salary: £30,000pa + commission (OTE £55,000)

Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:15am - 6:30pm

They are seeking customer-focused individuals who approach every interaction with the care and attention needed to meet customers' protection needs effectively.

As a Sales Executive you'll engage with new customers who've shown interest, conducting in-depth fact-finding through smart questioning. Active listening and attention to detail are essential as you identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions. Your focus will be on guiding customers through options to make informed choices, ensuring a positive journey that fosters long-term business and advocacy. No Sales Experience needed as our Client provides award winning training

Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:

Build strong relationships via outbound calls with customers interested in life insurance.
Handle customer objections effectively.
Identify needs through meaningful questions and provide tailored solutions.
Accurately record customer information in the system.
Meet personal sales targets and KPIs.
Adhere to company policies and FCA regulatory standards.
Maintain competence through ongoing training and development.
Promote positive customer outcomes aligned with company values.
