Role: Contract Manager

Location: Newcastle 

Mon-Fri 

Rate £400 per day CIS 

Role: 

We are looking for contract manager to oversee the delivery of 2 live Decarbonisation projects on large commercial buildings in Newcastle - value is worth £4.5m

Works include decommissioning of existing systems and installation of renewable energies.  

You will be overseeing 2 site managers & 1 project manager 

Must have a demonstrable background in managing M&E and construction schemes with the decarbonisation field.

Strong health & safety background

Ability to write reports & plan works safely. 

HNC or HND of benefit.

SMSTS.

You will report directly to the operations manager
