Salary: £25000 - £35000/annum £25,000 - £35,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our client's team based near Chelmsford. The candidate will communicate with the clients, customers, contractors and maintenance operatives to provide customers them with information about any problems they may have, to record the information carefully on the computer system and to arrange and coordinate for their problems to be addressed at the earliest possible opportunity.

Duties:

* Providing an effective support function to homeowners.

* Ensure communication with customers regarding defects are dealt with in a professional and timely manner, adhering to Customer Care Policies and Procedures.

* Work closely with other departments across the company to ensure effective communication and targets achieved.

* Respond to incoming communication from homeowners.

* Issue work orders to maintenance staff and sub-contractors and monitor the progress.

* Carry out general administration duties.

Candidate:

* Previous customer care experience within a fast-paced environment.

* Experience within the housing or construction industry.

* Must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

* The ability to remain focused when under pressure.

* You must be IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft applications.
