We are looking for a skilled Senior Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis to work on a major earthworks project. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an experienced and collaborative team on a high-profile development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage site engineering activities on the earthworks project

* Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site staff

* Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of earthworks operations

* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations

* Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery

* Review and approve engineering drawings, plans, and specifications

* Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that may arise

Skills & Experience:

* Proven experience as a Senior Engineer, with a strong background in earthworks or civil engineering

* Solid understanding of construction methods and techniques

* Experience in managing and mentoring teams

* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

* Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

* A relevant engineering qualification (e.g. Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent)

* Knowledge of current health, safety, and environmental standards
