Technical Administrator

Location: Amber Site B, West Bromwich

Working Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday flexible on start time between 7AM-9AM

Role Type: FTC 12 Months Maternity Cover

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Technical Team at Amber Site B for a 12-month FTC maternity cover. This role involves supporting the team with various administrative and reporting tasks, ensuring smooth operations and accurate data management.

Key Responsibilities

Manually collating site data
Creating various reports
Performing general administrative tasks
Supporting the Hygiene Manager and Compliance Manager with ad hoc tasks

About You

As a Technical Administrator you will ideally have a background in food manufacturing and have exposure to auditing. You have strong administrative skills and are proficient in Excel, including spreadsheets, formulas, V lookups, and pivot tables. Experience with the general MS Office suite is essential.
