Role of Support Worker

If so, we invite you to join our team we have a client based in Halstead they are looking for support workers they provide care for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, physical and sensory disabilities, helping them live fulfilling lives and dignity and independence.

Responsibilities:

* Provide day to day support, assist residents with personal care, daily activities & life skills.

* Promote independence by encouraging residents to take an active role in decision-making and daily tasks.

* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to implement personalized care plans.

* Support individuals in both residential settings and supported living environments.

* Ensure a safe and respectful environment, adhering to safeguarding procedures.

Requirements:

* Previous experience working as an HCA or support worker, must have a minimum of 3 months plus in healthcare industry.

* Effective communication & interception skills

* Must have an adult DBS on update service.
