M&E Shift Engineer (continental shifts)

Your new company

* A globally recognised Facilities Management and Technical Services provider.

Your new role

* Based at a large commercial site in Chiswick

* To perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks on all associated equipment, including fault finding and repair.

* Operation of plant and equipment. Inspection of Mechanical & Electrical equipment and systems to ensure safe and efficient operation in accordance with agreed procedures and company quality standards.

* General maintenance duties as and when required - emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes etc

What you'll need to succeed

* We are keen to speak to Engineers who are electrically qualified to C&G Levels 2,3 or Parts 1 and 2 along with 17th or 18th Edition IEE Regs

* Mechanical and HVAC Engineers should also apply

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships

* Experience in maintaining various building services equipment
