O'Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator on behalf of our Client, a well-established company, whom specialises in commercial fitouts, and general contracting.
This is a Dublin 17 based role.
Responsibilities:
- Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables, Credit Control Duties, Banking Transactions, and General Reconciliation
- Data entry onto accounting system
- General office & administration duties, including project-related duties
- Reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience gained in a busy office environment, ideally in construction or a related sector
- Strong Computer skills including Excel and experience with computerised systems
- Flexible approach and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
