Job Title: Trainee Internal Sales Engineer

About the Company: Our client is a leading provider of industrial fan and HVAC solutions. They are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Internal Sales Engineer to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Tasks:

* Verify supplier invoices to ensure prices match purchase orders and goods are received and booked in.

* Enter customer orders into the order system and maintain accurate documentation.

* Create and print order acknowledgements, delivery notes, and invoices.

* Maintain the sales order book and invoice summary documents.

* Generate and place orders with suppliers in conjunction with the Technical Manager.

* Keep supplier correspondence and customer order files up to date.

Technical Sales Duties:

* Promote and sell the company's products to existing and prospective clients.

* Prepare and execute quotations and proposals, ensuring technical accuracy and appropriate pricing.

* Maintain the enquiry book and keep clients informed of new product developments.

* Ensure all client interactions uphold the best interests of the company.

* Potential to expand the company's social media presence and marketing opportunities.

Key Skills:

* Background in Engineering or Physics.

* Proven capability to learn technical knowledge related to industrial fan and HVAC products.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

* Experience in B2B sales.
